Sweet Sammy, a gentle 12-year-old boy, suddenly found himself in the shelter through absolutely no fault of his own. After spending his whole life in a home, he is now confused, heartbroken, and quietly trying to understand why everything he knew has disappeared.
Sammy hasn’t done anything wrong — he simply deserved better.
He wanders softly around the shelter, looking for familiar faces that never arrive, hoping for someone who will notice his gentle soul.
Despite his sadness, Sammy is still the sweetest boy you could ever meet:
