After spending nine long years chained up, followed by months in a shelter, Phoebe was finally given the opportunity she'd never known before—a loving foster home with the wonderful Alexandra, who has helped this beautiful girl discover what it truly means to be loved.
Over the past four months, Phoebe has blossomed beyond all expectations.
Every day she grows a little more confident, a little more relaxed, and a little happier.
✨ She has discovered the joy of playing with toys.
✨ She has become calm, settled, and no longer feels the need to hold onto everything around her.
✨ She absolutely loves her walks and exploring the world.
✨ She has wonderful manners and gets along beautifully with other dogs.
✨ She is so patient and gentle that she even happily tolerates the resident cat's occasional swipes! 🐈😄
Most of all, Phoebe has shown us what an incredible heart she has.
She adores cuddles, gently leans in for affection, and quietly treasures every moment of love she's given. Despite everything she's endured, she has never lost her faith in people.
Now all that's missing is a family to call her own.
Phoebe deserves a peaceful home where she will be loved, understood, and cherished for the amazing dog she is. After waiting so many years, it's finally time for someone to choose her.
