Hank is a well-mannered, affectionate rescue currently based in the Exmouth area. Heās house-trained, crate-trained, travels well in the car, and walks beautifully on the lead. He enjoys the company of other dogs, though heād thrive best as an only pet or with a calm, older female dog who can help build his confidence.
While Hank has lived alongside a cat, he may chase if the cat runsāthough he is happy to coexist peacefully if the cat remains calm. Heās a gentle soul who forms strong bonds with his humans and will make a loyal and loving companion.
Due to his size and strength, Hank is best suited to an experienced home with older, dog-savvy children. Heās been wonderful with young children in his former home, but heāll do best in a quieter environment with stability and routine.
